(Based on Psalm 93)

[DUET]

[Intro]

(Frame drum • lute • stomps • claps)

[The Room]
Oh… oh…
Oh… oh…

—

[Verse 1]

[Male Lead]
The Lord reigns,
robed in majesty,
Clothed in strength
eternally.

[Female Lead]
Formed the world
beneath His hand,
Forever strong,
forever stands.

[Male Lead]
Your throne was set
before all time,
Before the stars
began to shine.

[Female Lead]
From everlasting
You remain…

[The Room]
Forever You shall reign!

—

[Chorus]

[Male Lead]
The Lord on high is mighty!

[Female Lead]
The Lord on high is King!

[Together]
Above the roaring waters,
Let all creation sing!

[The Room]
Oh… oh…
The Lord reigns!
Oh… oh…
Forever He shall reign!

—

[Verse 2]

[Male Lead]
The seas have lifted up
their voice,
The seas have raised
their cry.

[Female Lead]
The seas have raised
their pounding waves
That thunder
to the sky.

[Male Lead]
Yet mightier
than the mighty sea…

[Female Lead]
Than breakers
wild and free.

[Together]
The Lord on high
forever reigns!

[The Room]
In strength and majesty!

—

[Bridge]

[Male Lead]
Your statutes, Lord,
stand firm.

[Female Lead]
Holiness adorns
Your house.

[Together]
For endless days…
You reign.

[The Room]
The Lord reigns!
Oh… oh…
The Lord reigns!

—

[Final Chorus]

[Male Lead]
The Lord on high is mighty!

[Female Lead]
The Lord on high is King!

[Together]
Above the roaring waters,
Let all creation sing!

[The Room]
The Lord reigns!
The Lord reigns!
Forever He shall reign!

Oh… oh…
The Lord reigns!

Oh… oh…
Forevermore!
